The Team Mastery Program is an immersive two-day experience designed to bridge the gap between leaders and teams and ultimately drive results. Bruce and his Naruna team kick off these development programs with Deeper Signals assessments, allowing a foundation to be laid with deep insights into each participant. The insights are then explored and applied throughout the retreat as Bruce and his coaches delve into individual development journeys and team growth.
Through innovative gamified exercises based on the Core Values and Core Drivers uncovered by the Deeper Signals Platform, strengths, areas of development, and team dynamics are explored for both the individual and the team as a whole. An interactive environment is seamlessly created. “Often, people have been working in an organization for years and have little idea of who each other really is. We change that. That is exciting,” Bruce describes.
Bruce founded Naruna Beyond Retreats to support leaders in embracing their roles as a positive force for growth and progression. After the two-day experience, a four-week follow-up is conducted. To ensure accountability and tracking of the concrete impact of the program within the organization and teams that participated. Continuous growth and self-awareness are crucial to an organization’s long-term success.
