The insights are then explored and applied throughout the retreat as Bruce and his coaches delve into individual development journeys and team growth.

Bruce founded Naruna Beyond Retreats to support leaders in embracing their roles as a positive force for growth and progression. After the two-day experience, a four-week follow-up is conducted. To ensure accountability and tracking of the concrete impact of the program within the organization and teams that participated.
