A user is anyone invited to complete Deeper Signals assessments. Unlike traditional vendors, we charge a single fee per user — not per assessment. Each user can complete all of our assessments and receive detailed reports without additional costs. This approach ensures users get comprehensive feedback on their strengths and development opportunities, making assessments more affordable and accessible. You can also upgrade users to administrators, giving them the ability to invite others, access reports, and explore analytics dashboards.

If you're on the “pay as you go” plan, your first four user licenses are free. Once those are used, you'll need to add a credit card to continue using Deeper Signals. After 30 days, you'll be charged a one-time cost of $79 for each new user added during that period. There are no monthly subscription fees — just simple, upfront pricing.
