Dr. Reece Akhtar
Reece is an IO psychologist specializing in talent assessment, leadership, and computational psychometrics. He is an adjunct professor at NYU and widely recognized for his scientific articles on personality and machine-learning, innovation, and talent management.
Stephanie Sands
Stephanie, M.A.  has a background in IO psychology and brings over a decade of experience coaching teams and executives from some of the world’s leading  enterprises in industries like Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, and others. She manages the DS global network of coaches.
Uri Ort
Uri is a professor of Human Resources & Technology at NYU, and expert in integrating assessment science and technology. He previously employee engagement at S&P Global and has widely published on talent management.

Gretchen Young
Gretchen is a certified leadership and team coach with  over a decade’s experience. She is on several coaching panels and has worked with individuals and teams at all levels across a range of industries in government, commercial and non-profit sectors (including sport). In her earlier career, she was a commercial lawyer practising to a senior level in two of New Zealand’s top law firms.  
Ben Dattner
Ben is an executive coach and organizational development consultant. He has helped a wide variety of corporate and nonprofit organizations become more successful by developing a better understanding of the impact of individual psychology and group dynamics on all aspects of their performance. Ben received a BA in Psychology from Harvard College, and his MA and Ph.D. in IO Psychology from New York University, where he was a MacCracken Fellow. 
Ginevra Drinka
Ginevra is a trusted executive coach and talent advisor with over a decade of consulting experience across Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy, Technology, and Retail sectors. She holds a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Research Methods in Psychology from University College London.
