Dr. Reece Akhtar is an organizational psychologist and data scientist specializing in applied personality assessment and psychometrics. He holds a doctorate from University College London in Psychology. His main areas of research and consulting are numerous, ranging from talent assessment, computational psychometrics, leadership development, entrepreneurship, social networks and consumer psychology. Dave Winsborough

Dave Winsborough is a consulting psychologist and entrepreneur. His work focuses on identifying and developing leadership talent, coaching senior leadership teams and psychological assessment. The author of several books and numerous articles, he also developed competency frameworks for the NZ Government and leads the development of the leadership framework and curriculum for the NZ Defence Forces. Until recently he was Chairman of NZ largest organizational psychology practice, and is the founder of Terrain and co-founder of Deeper Signals.
